Webster Elementary

Every school visit with Miles for Music feels like the best one because each experience is truly unique. My recent stop at Webster Elementary was no exception. This visit brought its own special kind of magic, with a distinct atmosphere that set it apart from my previous performances. The students were incredibly appreciative and responsive, sharing an energy that was both familiar and entirely their own.

One of my favorite parts of these visits, aside from performing classical pieces, is playing music from movies or more modern songs to see how the kids react. In the video below, you can see me performing the Inside Out theme for the students. Whether it's their wide-eyed reactions to the piano or their laughter when Sprinkles from Confident Cupcake expresses a whirlwind of emotions, I’m always inspired by how engaged and present they are.

With today’s visit, we’ve now reached over 6,000 kids. I’m deeply grateful to the schools that open their doors to Miles for Music, and I look forward to meeting even more young audiences in the future!
