Miles for Music had such a special visit at Timberline Elementary!
It was wonderful getting to see Mrs. Ottmann again. Thank you for the warm welcome and for everything you do each day to support and encourage your students.
This visit felt especially meaningful because I actually attended Mrs. Ottmann's previous school, Kahn Elementary in Dallas ISD. Having the opportunity to reconnect through Miles for Music made this a truly full-circle moment.
One of my favorite parts of every school visit is the ending. After spending time learning about classical music, emotions, and creative self-expression, we always get to finish by singing together. Seeing students participate, have fun, and leave with smiles on their faces never gets old.
It was also so exciting to be back in Grapevine-Colleyville ISD. I am so grateful for the opportunity to spend the day with the Timberline Elementary community, and I can't wait to see where the music takes us next!
