Budd Elementary

What an incredible day at Budd Elementary! It was such an honor to bring Miles for Music to every single student—from the tiniest kindergartners to the confident sixth graders—and watch the school light up with music.

From the very first note, their energy was electric. I loved seeing their faces light up with curiosity and joy, and one of my favorite moments came when several students started recognizing classical pieces I played. It was such a beautiful reminder that music connects us all—no matter our age, background, or experience.

A huge thank-you to Mr. Brown for creating such a welcoming and inspiring space for these young learners. The passion and support he brings to his students make all the difference.

Moments like these are what Miles for Music is all about—sharing the joy of music, sparking creativity, and building community through sound. I can’t wait to see where the music takes us next!
